"Positively change lives through meaning partnerships."

 

I was born and raised in Gainesville, FL and graduated from the University of Florida.  I am a fifth generation Floridian and carry a tremendous pride in being a true Florida Pioneer.  I have been in sales as long as I can remember because my father owned a toy store, Toyland (eventually changed the name to Hobbyland), in Gainesville until he passed from cancer in 1991 and my mother and I were the proprietors until I graduated from UF in 1997. My mom and I made the decision for us both to change our direction by closing the doors and pursuing something different. This is where my professional career began.  I had a short stint in computer technology and networking and then in 1999 started my healthcare sales. I was involved in pharmaceuticals, laboratory and diagnostics sales, training, marketing, and leadership until December of 2021 when I was downsized.

 

I have had the entrepreneurial spirit all along, but never could muster the courage to take the leap.  Well, my family and I made 2022 our "LEAP Year".  We see this year as our breakout year.  I wrote a book in 2020 titled, Unleashed Potential, and started a business coaching and consulting company, Conquer It Consulting, where I partner with individuals and organizations to find and unleash the hidden potential within. It is our time to unleash our potential.

 

I am excited to build a strong presence in real estate through the mentoring and coaching I will receive, as well as, partnering with other agents to help them unleash their potential. My vision is to positively change lives through meaningful partnerships with homeowners, buyers, agents, vendors, and communities. My role is an important that will have a massive impact on my family and those I partner with.
